2. Scope of the service
Simulo is an online HR technology platform that supports structured assessment of fit between candidates, teams and leadership expectations through situational decision scenarios, team profiles and leader expectation profiles.
The service provides decision-support information. It is not a psychological diagnostic, medical or clinical tool and does not replace professional HR, employer or legal decision-making.
3. Registration and account use
Use of the service requires a company account. The registering user must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep access credentials secure.
The user is responsible for activity performed through the account, unless unauthorised access demonstrably results from an issue within the provider’s sphere of control.
4. Free use and fees
Certain Simulo functions may be available for free trial. The scope, quantity and duration of free use are governed by the information displayed in the service. If paid services are introduced, applicable fees and terms will be displayed in the interface or provided in a separate offer.
5. Permitted use
The service may only be used for lawful HR, recruitment, team development and decision-support purposes. It must not be used for unlawful monitoring, discriminatory decision-making, deceptive data collection or abusive purposes.
The user must ensure that candidates, employees, team members and leaders receive appropriate information about the purpose, process and data processing of the assessment.
6. Interpretation of results
Reports, scores, profiles and comparisons are decision-support outputs. The provider does not guarantee that hiring, rejecting or assigning a candidate to a team will lead to a particular business outcome.
Results must be interpreted with professional judgment and together with other relevant information; they must not serve as the sole basis for automated decisions with significant effects on individuals.
7. Intellectual property
The Simulo interface, methodology structure, texts, visual elements, software solutions and report formats are protected by copyright. Use of the service does not transfer ownership, source code rights or methodology rights.
8. Availability and changes
The provider aims to operate the service securely and continuously, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, development, third-party provider failures or force majeure may cause temporary outages.
9. Liability and termination
The provider is not liable for employer, recruitment, organisational or business decisions made by the user. The user may delete the account through the interface; in case of serious breach the provider may restrict or terminate the account.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Questions or complaints may be addressed to the provider at its registered seat or through the official contact channels of the service.
